By accessing this website, downloading or using a VCR Technology product, you agree to these terms and any applicable Microsoft Store, Android or third-party platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service or software.
The website and listed applications are provided by VCR Technology, an independent software company operated by Vithanala Akhil in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Subject to the applicable Store licence and these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the software for its intended purpose. You do not receive ownership of the software, brand, content or source code.
Do not misuse the website or apps, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, impersonate another person, use automation to harm systems, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use a product to violate privacy, intellectual-property or other applicable rights.
Windows products should be downloaded through the official Microsoft Store links shown on this site. Jarvix Mobile is supplied as an Android APK and is not compatible with iPhone or iPad. Review Android installation prompts and install only on a device you control. You are responsible for confirming compatibility and maintaining suitable backups.
Jarvix and its Android companion can initiate supported device actions when configured and permitted. Review a command before using it for calls, app launching, music or other actions. Availability depends on device settings, connectivity, installed apps and granted permissions. You remain responsible for actions performed through your devices.
Jarvix Brain, multiple-language support and Jarvix Orb search are assistance features. Language quality, search coverage and generated results can vary. You must review important information before acting on it, and you remain responsible for commands, searches and decisions made with these features.
App Connect is optional. If you connect Gmail, you must select your own Google account and authorize the permissions displayed by Google. You may connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Current Gmail functionality is limited to supported read-only new-message information and opening supported content; Jarvix cannot reply to, edit or delete Gmail messages through this feature.
Gmail, Google accounts, WhatsApp and other connected services are operated by third parties. Their availability, sign-in process and permissions are controlled by their providers. Do not use App Connect to access another person's account, bypass security or process unlawful content. VCR Technology may limit a connection or feature to protect users, accounts and service security.
AI-assisted responses or suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. Review important outputs before relying on them. Do not treat an AI response as professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice.
Prices displayed on this website are informational. Focus Tracker and StudyLock 2.0 are described as including a one-day free trial for eligible users before purchase. Trial eligibility, start time, limits, regional pricing, taxes, currency conversion, payment handling and refund eligibility are controlled by the applicable Store or payment provider. A trial may be limited to one use per eligible user or Store account. Confirm the final offer and terms in the Store.
You are responsible for files, messages, prompts, images and other content you choose to process with a product, and for having the rights and permissions necessary to use that content. Do not submit content that is unlawful or violates another person's rights.
VCR Technology names, logos, website content, product interfaces and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, platforms and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
Products may depend on Microsoft Store, Windows, Android, device manufacturers, email, hosting or other third-party services. Their availability and policies are outside VCR Technology's control, and your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
Products and features may be corrected, updated, limited, suspended or discontinued as development continues. Compatibility may change after operating-system, device or third-party service updates. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of every feature.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and software are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee that every feature will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or compatible with every device and configuration. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VCR Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using a product at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to misuse or preserve service security.
We may update these terms as products, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date, subject to applicable law.
