How VCR Technology handles website messages, support information, application data and device permissions.

VCR Technology is an independent software company operated by Vithanala Akhil in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This policy covers vcrtechnology.in, our support and contact forms, and VCR Technology applications unless a product provides a more specific notice.
When you submit a contact or support form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, product name, device details, and message. We use this information to respond to your request, provide support, troubleshoot problems, and prevent misuse. This website and support-form information is separate from Gmail data accessed by Jarvix. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive information through a form.
Our applications may access device features such as files, folders, application activity, camera, microphone, or contacts when a feature requires them and your device permits access. The available features and permissions depend on the product and version. You can review or revoke device permissions in your operating-system settings, although the related feature may stop working.
Jarvix Mobile may request phone, contacts, app or device action, network, notification, or background-operation access for supported paired-device actions. Permission availability and wording depend on the Android version. You can review or revoke these permissions in Android settings.
Connecting Gmail in Jarvix Apps Connect is optional. You choose a Google account and approve the permissions displayed by Google. Jarvix requests Gmail read-only access to provide the email features visible in the app.
When you request these features, Jarvix can show up to five recent unread email subjects and a short preview of the latest inbox message or draft. A preview may include the sender, subject, date, and a short message snippet. Jarvix does not use this connection to send, reply to, edit, delete, label, or mark email as read.
Jarvix uses Gmail API data only to provide the user-requested email features described above. The Windows app and its local backend retrieve and process the data on your device. Jarvix does not create a permanent database or backup of your Gmail messages.
To maintain your connection, Jarvix stores the Google authorization token and selected account address locally on your Windows device. The token is protected using Windows encryption for the current user. Disconnecting Gmail in Apps Connect deletes the locally stored authorization token. You can also revoke Jarvix access in your Google Account settings.
Jarvix does not sell Gmail API data or use it for advertising, marketing, analytics, credit or lending decisions, data-broker services, or unrelated product improvement. Jarvix does not programmatically send Gmail API data to our website host, support-form provider, Hugging Face, a hosted AI inference service, or the Google speech-recognition request.
Jarvix does not use raw or derived data received from Google Workspace APIs to develop, create, train, or improve generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. Our use of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Jarvix Brain is an optional model downloaded to the user’s Windows device and run locally. Hugging Face supplies the model download; Jarvix does not send Gmail API data to Hugging Face or use its hosted inference service.
If you use a voice command, Jarvix sends your microphone audio to Google speech recognition to convert your spoken request into text. Gmail API message data is not included in that speech-recognition request. You can use the Gmail buttons without voice commands. If you request a spoken email response, Jarvix passes the response text to your device’s text-to-speech facility.
The website is hosted by a third-party provider, and website forms may be processed by that provider. Email responses to support requests may be handled through our email provider. Microsoft processes Store downloads, licensing, purchases, and related account information under Microsoft’s own privacy terms. These website and Store services are separate from Jarvix’s Gmail API processing.
The website may use essential browser storage and hosting-level logs needed for delivery, security, and performance. These website records are separate from Gmail API data.
We do not sell personal information. We may share website or support-form information with providers that help us operate the website or respond to your request, or when disclosure is required by law. This routine website and support sharing does not include Gmail API data.
We keep website contact and support messages only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support history, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Jarvix does not keep a permanent archive of the Gmail messages it displays. The local Gmail authorization token and selected account address remain until you disconnect Gmail or remove the app’s local data. To stop future Gmail access, disconnect Gmail in Apps Connect or revoke Jarvix access in your Google Account settings. For privacy or deletion requests, contact us using the details below.
We use reasonable measures to protect information handled by our products. Jarvix protects its locally stored Gmail authorization token with Windows user-level encryption. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Keep your operating system updated and download our applications only from links published by VCR Technology.
Our services are not intended to collect personal information from children without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our website, contact us so we can review the request.
You can disconnect Gmail in Jarvix or revoke its access through your Google Account. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through our website, where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We will update this page if our products, data practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will appear here.
